Yonex Astrox 02 Clear – Lightweight Design for Responsive Badminton Performance

Yonex Astrox 02 Clear is designed for badminton players who want comfortable handling, responsive performance, and reliable control during regular practice and recreational matches. Part of the popular Yonex Astrox series, this badminton racket combines a lightweight construction with carefully designed frame and shaft materials to support smooth racket movement.

Featuring a 4U weight of approximately 83g, the Yonex Astrox 02 Clear is easy to manoeuvre during fast rallies. Its lightweight feel helps players move the racket comfortably while preparing for clears, drives, defensive returns, and attacking shots. Whether you are developing your technique or improving your consistency, this racket offers a practical balance of handling and performance.

The racket features an HT Graphite frame and Graphite shaft, providing a lightweight construction for regular badminton use. Its Hi-Flex shaft is designed to offer flexibility during swings, helping players generate comfortable racket movement and responsive shots.

With its 10 mm longer overall length, the Yonex Astrox 02 Clear provides additional reach compared with a standard-length racket. This can be useful when covering the court, reaching deeper shots, and responding to challenging rallies.

FEATURES OF YONEX ASTROX 02 CLEAR

1. Lightweight 4U Construction

The approximately 83g 4U weight makes the racket comfortable to handle. Its lightweight construction supports quick racket movement and helps players react during fast exchanges at the net and from the back of the court.

2. Hi-Flex Shaft

The Hi-Flex shaft offers flexibility during swings. It is designed to support comfortable racket movement and responsive shot-making for players who prefer a more flexible racket feel.

3. HT Graphite Frame

The HT Graphite frame provides a lightweight racket structure. Combined with the graphite shaft, it helps create a practical construction for regular practice and recreational badminton sessions.

4. 10 mm Longer Length

The racket is designed with an additional 10 mm of length. This offers extra reach and can help players cover more court area while attempting clears, defensive returns, and other shots.

5. ISOMETRIC™ Technology

Yonex ISOMETRIC™ technology is designed to enlarge the effective sweet spot by optimising the intersection of the main and cross strings. This design supports consistent contact and helps players maintain control even when the shuttle does not meet the exact centre of the string bed.

6. Rotational Generator System

The Rotational Generator System distributes weight across different areas of the racket. It is designed to support smoother transitions between consecutive shots and help players maintain control during fast rallies.
